Position Overview
We are seeking a talented Architectural Designer with a focus on multifamily and mixed-use projects. The ideal candidate will collaborate with our team to create innovative designs that meet our clients' needs while adhering to budget and regulatory requirements. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to diverse projects, including affordable housing and modular designs.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with project teams to develop architectural designs for multifamily and mixed-use projects.
Prepare detailed construction documents and specifications.
Utilize software such as Revit and AutoCAD for design and drafting purposes.
Conduct site analysis and feasibility studies to support design decisions.
Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and incorporate feedback into designs.
Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards.
Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and contractors throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in architectural design, particularly in multifamily and mixed-use projects.
Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
Knowledge of affordable housing regulations and standards.
Experience with modular housing design is a plus.
AIA and NCARB certifications are preferred.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
