Expanding Litigation Firm Seeking Associate Attorney New Orleans, LA
An established litigation-focused firm based in New Orleans, LA, with deep regional ties and a strong reputation in civil defense, is seeking an Associate Attorney with 3-5+ years of experience. The firm handles a wide range of matters including insurance defense, premises liability, transportation, and construction litigation. This is a full-time, in-office role with some flexibility for hybrid scheduling.
Offer:
Salary range is $95,000-$120,000+, depending on experience
Bonus potential is available based on billable hours and performance

Attorneys receive strong mentorship and opportunities for courtroom exposure
Qualifications:
Candidates should have 3-5+ years of civil litigation experience
Must be licensed to practice in Louisiana and in good standing
Strong writing, research, and case management skills are required
Deposition and motion practice experience is preferred
Responsibilities:
Manage case files from inception through trial or resolution
Prepare legal documents including pleadings, motions, and discovery
Conduct depositions and appear in court
Collaborate with senior attorneys and maintain strong client communication
Maintain a proactive and organized approach to case strategy
