Established (75+ Years) Law Firm Seeking Commercial Litigator (1-7 Years) in Baton Rouge, LA
An established law firm with over 75 years of experience is seeking a Commercial Litigation Attorney to join their Baton Rouge office. This role is open to Attorneys with 1-7 years of commercial litigation experience, but the firm is also open to reviewing outstanding recent graduates with excellent academic credentials and clerkship or relevant litigation exposure.
Offer:
Salary range: $75,000-$150,000, contingent on experience

Qualifications:
1-7 years of experience in commercial litigation (will consider stellar new grads)
Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
Licensed to practice law in Louisiana or eligible for Bar admission
Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school
Responsibilities:
Handling a caseload of commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution
Drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery
Representing clients in depositions, hearings, and court proceedings
Advising clients on litigation strategy and risk
Working closely with senior attorneys and clients on complex commercial disputes
