Who You Are:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
  • Admitted to practice in the State of New York
  • 1+ Years of Civil Defense Litigation Experience
  • Superior analytical skills
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

What You Will Be Doing? 

  • Attend depositions and court appearances.
  • Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in legal matters.
  • Collaborate with colleagues on case strategy and management.
  • Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis - all attorneys and legal professionals at MKCI are trained to utilize the latest AI technologies for legal research and litigation assistance from case intake through trial.
  • Assist in preparation of cases for trial.
