Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Attorney to join our dynamic legal team remotely. The ideal candidate will assist in various legal matters with a focus on employment and labor law, providing support in negotiations and research to achieve favorable outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct legal research and analysis on employment and labor law issues
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts for clients
  • Represent clients in a variety of legal proceedings related to employment law
  • Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on compliance with labor laws
  • Assist in the preparation of legal documents and pleadings
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy and development
  • Maintain accurate records of legal proceedings and client communications
  • Stay updated on changes in employment and labor law regulations.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to draft contracts
  • Excellent research and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience representing plaintiffs is a plus.

Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
  • Admission to the CA bar and in good standing
  • 2+Yrs experience in employment law and labor law
