A trusted and established full-service business law firm with more than 75 years of experience in Omaha, is seeking an experienced Business and Estate Planning Attorney to join its team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with 5-10+ years of experience who is ready to work on sophisticated business transactions and estate planning matters in a collaborative, client-focused environment.

Qualifications:
5-10+ years of relevant legal experience in one or more of the following:
Advising business entities upon formation and drafting organizational documents
Drafting and negotiating purchase/sale agreements and handling M&A transactions
Business succession planning
Estate planning
Estate and trust administration
Strong communication, drafting, and interpersonal skills
Licensed to practice in Nebraska (or eligible to obtain licensure shortly)
A portable book of business is a plus, but not required
Responsibilities:
Provide legal counsel to business clients on entity formation and governance
Structure and negotiate business transactions, including asset and stock purchases
Develop and implement estate and succession plans for business owners and individuals
Advise fiduciaries and beneficiaries on estate and trust administration matters
Collaborate with other attorneys on high-level legal strategy and client engagement
