We are currently seeking a highly motivated and professional Commercial Roofing Sales Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in cultivating and managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and negotiating contracts to ensure win-win outcomes for all parties involved. Your primary responsibilities will include presenting tailored roofing solutions, maintaining client satisfaction, and contributing to our ongoing success as a leading roofing contractor.

You'll be reporting to the President of the New Mexico Branch but covering the Lubbock, Amarillo & El Paso Markets

Responsibilities

To create and find new sales leads, cultivating a network of business relationships.
Talk to both present and potential customers to learn about their needs and offer solutions that meet those demands.
Provide and discuss maintenance services, safety advice, and roofing options.
Maintain thorough records of all sales-related activity, including as phone conversations, orders, and client encounters.

Requirements

3+ Years of Commercial Roofing Sales experience
Education: A college degree is preferred; however, relevant experience may be considered as an equivalent.
Licenses: Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record.
