Traveling Electrical Project Manager

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee and manage electrical projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial electrical projects, particularly in high-rise buildings, stadiums, and office complexes. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and delivering projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the planning and execution of electrical projects, ensuring quality and safety standards are met.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to develop project specifications and timelines.
Oversee project budgets and manage financial performance, including cost estimations and resource allocation.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure adherence to project schedules.
Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal electrical codes and regulations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field.
Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager in commercial settings, with a focus on high-rise buildings, stadiums, and office complexes.
Strong knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and safety regulations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
