Electrical Project Manager

Position Overview
The Electrical Project Manager will oversee and manage electrical projects from planning through execution, ensuring that all work is completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with specifications. This role requires a strong understanding of electrical systems, project management principles, and the ability to lead a team effectively in a commercial construction environment, particularly in multifamily projects.

Key Responsibilities

Manage all phases of electrical projects, including planning, execution, and completion.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
Develop project schedules and budgets, ensuring adherence to deadlines and financial constraints.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress and compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.
Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders.
Resolve any project-related issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
Prepare and submit project documentation and reports, including progress updates and budget status.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field.
Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager in the commercial construction industry, particularly with multifamily projects.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems and codes.
Excellent project management skills, including budgeting and scheduling.
Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
