Position Overview
The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes within this well-known personal injury law firm. This role is vital in aligning HR strategies with business objectives, managing talent acquisition, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract top talent.
Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
Maintain and enhance employee relations by addressing issues and resolving conflicts.
Administer and manage HRIS (Human Resources Information System) for efficient HR operations.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, particularly in a law firm environment.
Design and implement training and development programs for staff enhancement.
Monitor performance management systems and promote a culture of continuous feedback.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role in a professional environment.
Strong knowledge of HRIS and its functionalities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Exp. working in law firms is a plus.
