Position Overview
The HVAC Install Manager is responsible for overseeing the installation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. This role entails managing a team of installers, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, extensive technical knowledge, and a commitment to exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage HVAC installation projects from start to finish.
Supervise and train installation teams to ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety regulations.
Coordinate project schedules, resources, and materials to meet client deadlines.
Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with building codes and safety standards.
Implement troubleshooting procedures for installation-related issues and provide solutions.
Maintain effective communication with clients to provide updates and address any concerns.
Manage project budgets and ensure profitability through effective cost control measures.
Develop training programs for team members to enhance skills and performance.

Qualifications

Proven experience in HVAC installation and project management.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, refrigeration, and HVAC technologies.
Familiarity with building codes and safety regulations.
Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
Ability to train and develop team members effectively.
Relevant certifications in HVAC or related fields are preferred.
