HVAC Project Manager/Estimator

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Project Manager/Estimator to oversee and manage HVAC projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC systems, project management, and estimating, with the ability to coordinate between various stakeholders and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

Manage HVAC projects from initial estimate through to project completion
Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for HVAC projects
Review and interpret HVAC drawings and specifications
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers
Ensure compliance with all safety and building codes
Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet deadlines
Maintain communication with clients regarding project status and any issues that arise
Prepare reports and presentations on project progress and financial status

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
Proven experience in HVAC project management and estimating
3+ Years of Experience
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and MEP concepts
Proficiency in Quickpen and other estimating software
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Certification in project management (PMP or equivalent) is a plus
