Job Title: Litigation Attorney
Location: Providence, RI
Salary Rate: $120,000 - $180,000.

What You'll Be Doing:
Manage a personal caseload involving personal injury and medical malpractice matters
Conduct client intake and maintain ongoing client communication
Prepare demands and negotiate settlements on behalf of clients
Represent clients at depositions, arbitrations, mediations, and trials
Conduct legal research and apply legal principles in motion practice and litigation
Participate in weekly team meetings to evaluate and advance cases
Collaborate with attorneys and paralegals on complex medical negligence and serious injury cases
Engage in all stages of case handling, from intake to final resolution
Qualifications:
Five or more years of relevant experience
Demonstrated client-focused approach, both internally and externally
Experience in Personal Injury, Complex Litigation, and Medical Malpractice
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Strong academic background
Excellent analytical, time management, writing, and oral communication skills
Strong legal research and writing proficiency
Licensed to practice law in Rhode Island; admission in Massachusetts and/or Connecticut is a plus
