With over 100 years in business, we are a reputable provider of gas and fluid control components for industrial and specialty gas systems. With locations in Cleveland and Pittsburgh, we are the only North American cylinder valve manufacturer. We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join our growing team.

Who you are:

4+ years of manufacturing engineering experience
Bachelors degree in engineering or similar discipline preferred
Experience AutoCAD, Inventor, SolidWorks or similar CAD software
Experience with/knowledge of automation processes/equipment preferred
Knowledge of ISO 9001 preferred

What you will be doing:

Develop, implement, and improve manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and quality.
Daily support of manufacturing equipment and processes including assembly, leak testing, machining, automation, robotics
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and optimize production workflows.
Troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues to minimize downtime.
Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
Utilize CAD software to design tools, fixtures, and process improvements.
Lead cost-reduction initiatives and drive lean manufacturing principles.
Manage capital projects
