Title: National Account Manager

Location: Remote or Onsite option in Irvine, CA

Compensation: Base $70K-$80K + Commission (OTE: $110K-$150K+)

Who We Are: Since 1996, we have been a leading name in all-in-one computing solutions. We manufacture and sell computer hardware and systems into healthcare/medical, industrial, and government applications. 

Position Overview
The National Account Manager will be responsible for developing and managing strategic relationships with key national accounts. This role will focus on driving sales growth, enhancing customer satisfaction, and ensuring the successful delivery of our products and services to clients across the country.

Key Responsibilities

  • Hunt new business opportunities within the healthcare industry
  • Develop and implement account strategies to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at national accounts.
  • Identify new business opportunities and lead initiatives to expand account presence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to meet customer needs.
  • Monitor account performance and provide regular updates to management on progress and challenges.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial terms.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years sales and business development experience
  • Experience selling into Hospital IT (HIT), or the general medical field
  • Technical knowledge of embedded computer hardware or related products
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients.
  • Familiarity with computer hardware and embedded systems is a plus.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
