Project Manager

Position Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager with expertise in multi-family projects and construction management. The ideal candidate will oversee site upgrades, tenant improvements, and capital expenditures while ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and manage multiple construction projects from initiation to completion.
Coordinate with various stakeholders, including contractors, architects, and clients to ensure seamless project execution.
Monitor project progress, prepare reports, and make adjustments as necessary to meet project goals.
Conduct site assessments and evaluations to determine project feasibility and requirements.
Manage budget allocation for capital improvements and oversee expenditure tracking.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and local building codes.
Lead project meetings, communicate updates, and resolve any issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry.
Proven experience with multi-family projects and tenant improvements.
Strong knowledge of site upgrades, capital expenditures, and renovation processes.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.
