What you'll be doing:

My client is seeking a seasoned and experienced (6+ years) wage and hour class and representative action attorney that can manage a team of attorneys from the inception of the lawsuit to final approval or trial. Must have a passion for advocating for employees' rights.

What you need for the position:

6+ Yrs experience
California Bar Membership
Must have a JD degree from an ABA-approved law school
Prior experience in wage and hour class actions and representative actions
Experience with California State and Federal courts is a must including familiarity procedural law
