Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Drywall Estimator / Project Manager to oversee drywall installation projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in estimating and managing commercial drywall projects, ensuring all work is completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare detailed cost estimates for drywall projects using On Screen Takeoff and QuickBid software.
Review project plans and specifications to determine scope of work and materials required.
Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to obtain quotes and negotiate pricing.
Manage project schedules, ensuring timely completion of work and adherence to project budgets.
Conduct site visits to assess project progress and address any issues that arise.
Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a drywall estimator and/or project manager in commercial construction.
Proficiency in estimating software, particularly On Screen Takeoff and QuickBid.
Strong understanding of drywall installation processes and industry standards.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
