Senior Litigation Attorney

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Litigation Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in litigation, particularly in asbestos, toxic torts, and product liability cases. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of successfully defending clients in complex legal matters.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a diverse caseload of litigation matters, focusing on asbestos, toxic torts, and product liability cases.
Develop and implement effective litigation strategies to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case preparation and strategy.
Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.
Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations.
Collaborate with clients, witnesses, and experts to build strong cases and defenses.
Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on litigation-related issues.
Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and litigation trends.

Qualifications

Jurisdictions bar admission and active license to practice law.
Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience with a focus on asbestos, toxic torts, and product liability.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
Proven track record of successfully managing and resolving complex litigation cases.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
