Superintendent
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Superintendent to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The Superintendent will be responsible for managing project schedules, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and maintaining quality standards throughout the construction process.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of construction projects including planning, execution, and completion.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure project timelines are met.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to project managers and stakeholders.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety regulations.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on the job site in a timely manner.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation such as daily reports, logs, and schedules.
Qualifications- Proven experience as a Superintendent or similar role in construction management.
- Solid understanding of construction processes and procedures.
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards in construction.
- Experience in commercial construction, healthcare construction, ground-up projects, industrial construction, and multifamily projects is a plus.
