Tax Senior - Hybrid
Position Overview
The Tax Senior will play a key role in managing the tax preparation process for individual and business clients. This position involves ensuring compliance with tax regulations, reviewing tax returns, and providing exceptional service to our clients while working in a flexible hybrid environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review individual and business tax returns to ensure accuracy and compliance with tax laws.
- Conduct tax research and analysis to provide informed advice to clients.
- Assist in the preparation of entertainment tax returns as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for process improvements in tax preparation.
- Provide mentorship and training to junior staff members.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tax regulations and changes in legislation.
- Communicate effectively with clients to address questions and provide updates on their tax situations.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in tax preparation and compliance.
- Strong knowledge of tax regulations and tax preparation software.
- CPA eligible candidates preferred but not required.
- Experience with individual and business tax returns is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with entertainment tax returns is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
