Salary: $85,000 - $95,000 + Bonus + Relocation

Founded in 2001 we are a 350 employee designer, producer & wholesaler of wide format digital print products for a variety of retailers across the US. We are a visual communications company with the largest selection of solutions for trade shows, exhibits, retail environments, business meetings etc in the marketspace today. We have acquired a few new businesses since covid and are private equity owned with very strong financial backing as we continue to gain market share in the space. For our facility in Woodridge we are targeting to hire a Woodshop Manager who will lead & oversee all aspects of wood shop operations, ensuring safe & high-quality production of custom cabinetry & exhibit components.

What You Will Be Doing

Oversee daily operations of the woodshop ensuring safety, quality & production goals are met
Lead, train & evaluate staff incl: conducting meetings, audits & performance reviews
Improve workflow efficiency by identifying & eliminating wasteful practices
Collaborate w/ Project Managers & Detailers to ensure project success & resolve issues
Maintain inventory control & oversee equipment maintenance & repair needs

What You Need for this Position

5+ years of experience in modern kitchen cabinet production
2+ years of supervisory/management experience in a shop environment
Strong knowledge of cabinet design, build processes & high-pressure laminate applications
Excellent organizational & communication skills
Professional, detail-oriented & safety-focused team leader
