Job Title: Commercial Superintendent
Job Location: Jacksonville, FL
Salary: $80k-110k
Requirements: 5+ years of commercial construction experience: Ground up retail, gas station, banks. car wash, church, and/or education experience. 
 

Position Overview:
The Commercial Superintendent is responsible for overseeing and managing various commercial projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role involves coordinating with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage commercial construction projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure project specifications are met.
• Supervise on-site construction activities and ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and team members.
• Prepare and submit reports on project status, including progress updates and financial forecasts.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
• Experience in sectors such as Automotive, Aviation, Retail, and Gas Stations is a plus.
• Educational background in Construction Management or a related field is preferred.
