Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Insurance Defense Attorney to join our legal team for 3rd party defense positions. The successful candidate will be responsible for defending clients in insurance-related litigation, providing expert legal counsel, and navigating complex legal challenges in the defense sector.

Key Responsibilities

Represent clients in insurance defense cases before courts and arbitration panels
Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies
Advise clients on legal issues related to insurance policies and claims
Negotiate settlements and engage in alternative dispute resolution
Prepare for and conduct trials, presenting evidence and arguments effectively
Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff to build strong defense strategies

Must Have:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Active state bar license in CO, or soon to be licensed
3+ Years experience in insurance defense litigation

Nice to Have:

Portable Clients
Proven experience in insurance defense litigation
1st Chair trial experience
